Rotational or Live-In Infant Nanny/ Pacific Heights, San Francisco
Pacific Heights, San Francisco
7 Days On / 7 Days Off • Live-In During Weeks On • International Travel
Position Overview
A warm, kind, first-time family in Pacific Heights is seeking experienced infant nannies, beginning July 2026.
The family's ideal structure is a long-term rotational schedule with two caregivers working a 7-on / 7-off rotation. However, they are also open to considering one exceptional long-term live-in nanny for the right fit. The role will be tailored to the candidate.
This is a long-term opportunity with a thoughtful family seeking calm, grounded, and highly professional caregivers with strong hands-on infant experience. The family is looking for someone truly baby-focused at this stage — someone who brings sound judgment, warmth, and a naturally gentle presence.
The ideal candidate balances expertise with warmth, offering practical support with feeding, sleep, and routines while empowering these first-time parents with confidence and reassurance. They are flexible and confident caring for the baby both independently and alongside highly involved parents, and they know when to step in and when to give space.
The role will begin with an overlap period alongside the family's current Newborn Care Specialist for a smooth transition.
