My name is Rhiannon Sergienko, and I am the founder & CEO of Premier Nanny Source.

With over 25 years of experience in the child care industry, I have dedicated my career to ensuring that children receive the nurturing care they deserve. My journey began with a degree in Early Childhood Education, which provided me with a solid foundation in understanding child development and creating engaging learning environments.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching and nurturing children in various settings, including classrooms and private homes. These experiences have shaped my belief in the transformative power of high-quality childcare and the positive impact it can have on a child's life.

My driving force in establishing Premier Nanny Source was to help eliminate the struggles that parents face when searching for reliable and exceptional care in the Bay Area. As a Mom, I understand firsthand the challenges that parents encounter and the need for trustworthy caregivers who provide a safe and stimulating environment for their children. Through Premier Nanny Source, I strive to connect families with dedicated and skilled caregivers who share the same commitment to excellence.

I also value the importance of personal well-being and creating meaningful connections outside of work. When I am not working you can find me traveling the world, practicing yoga, hiking, hosting game nights and most importantly- spending time with my husband, Calvin and our four-year-old daughter, Georgiana.
