Position Overview

Premier Nanny Source is growing our On-Call Care Team and is looking for experienced, reliable caregivers who are looking to earn extra income while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Set your availability each week, accept only the shifts you want, and enjoy the variety of working with wonderful families throughout the Bay Area.

What This Role Looks Like

This is not a guaranteed weekly schedule. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to pick up shifts based on your availability and our families' needs.

Requests may include:

• Backup care when a family's regular nanny is sick or unavailable

• Daycare or preschool closures

• School holidays

• Weekday daytime care

• Weekday date nights

• Weekend care

• Last-minute childcare needs

Weekday daytime availability is especially valuable, though we also receive evening and weekend requests.

Service Areas

We work with families throughout:

• San Francisco

• East Bay

• Peninsula

• Marin County (including Mill Valley)

• Surrounding Bay Area communities

What We're Looking For

• Professional childcare experience

• Flexible availability, especially weekdays

• Warm, dependable, and adaptable

• Comfortable stepping into new family environments

• Current California TrustLine certification (required)

• Current CPR/First Aid certification (required)

Please note: Active California TrustLine certification is required. Applications without TrustLine certification will not be considered.

Compensation

• Starting at $40/hour

• 4-hour minimum per shift

• Set your availability each week

• Accept only the shifts that fit your schedule
