Full-Time Nanny | Woodside, CA
A warm, thoughtful private family in Woodside is seeking an experienced, career nanny to join their family and provide loving, attentive care for their two children, ages 7 and 18 months.
The family is looking for someone who sees nannying as a long-term career and takes pride in being proactive, dependable, and highly engaged. The ideal candidate will naturally notice what needs to be done, while also building a genuine, lasting relationship with the children.

What You'll Do
Provide attentive, nurturing care for both children
Manage school drop-off and pick-up, as well as transportation to activities and outings
Provide full-day care for the 18-month-old, including meals, naps, play, reading, and outings
Take the younger child to caregiver-and-me classes
Prepare breakfast, meals, snacks, and school lunches for the children
Support the children's daily routines, activities, and schedules
Handle children's laundry, dishes, and tidying of their spaces and belongings
Keep children's clothing, toys, and supplies organized and well maintained
Communicate proactively with parents and take initiative with child-related tasks and logistics
Schedule
This is a full-time, live-out position with approximately 50 hours per week. The regular schedule is generally Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with some additional hours as needed.
What We're Looking For
Significant professional nanny experience
Strong experience with toddlers and younger children
Experience caring for multiple children and navigating sibling dynamics
Warm, loving, patient, and nurturing
Highly dependable, trustworthy, and responsible
Naturally proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-through
Calm and confident while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Safety-conscious and attentive
Comfortable supporting a child with an auditory processing delay and speech-therapy needs
Comfortable preparing gluten-free meals and working within a gluten-free household
Clean driving record and confidence driving children regularly
CPR, First-Aid and Trustline Certification
Compensation
$45/hour
