March Start | 45 Hours/Week | Long-Term Opportunity
Position Overview
A warm, thoughtful family in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their 3 month old infant. This is a long-term role for an experienced infant caregiver who brings a calm, attentive, and health-conscious approach to care and is looking to grow with a family over time. Experience with newborns, premature babies, or NICU graduates is a strong plus, though not required.
The baby was born prematurely and spent time in the NICU. He is fully healthy now, but Illness awareness, an illness prevention mindset, and clear communication are essential during his first year of life due to a still-developing immune system. Understanding of the NICU journey is a plus, though not required. Both parents are engaged, communicative, and value partnership, consistency, and professionalism in their caregiver.
