About the Opportunity
Premier Nanny Source is expanding our on-call babysitting team for an Oakland coworking space serving families with school-aged children (ages 5–12). This is an ideal opportunity for experienced, TrustLine-certified childcare professionals who want a flexible, family-friendly schedule and the ability to pick up shifts as available.
This role is not guaranteed weekly hours and will fluctuate based on staffing needs and bookings — a perfect fit for nannies, educators, or students looking to earn extra income while maintaining flexibility.

What You’ll Do
Create a warm, engaging, and safe play environment for small groups of children
Lead simple crafts, stories, and play-based activities
Support check-in/out procedures and communicate with families as needed
Maintain a clean, organized space and follow safety and health protocols
Collaborate with fellow caregivers and follow PNS and site guidelines
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have 3+ years of professional childcare experience (nannying, preschool, camp, etc.)
Are TrustLine certified (required) or already in process
Hold current CPR/First Aid certification (or are willing to renew quickly)
Are reliable, friendly, and adaptable with strong communication skills
Enjoy working with mixed ages and being part of a supportive, caring team
